We will manage this property as if it was our own, so we will deal with the following:

You will only have to be contacted should there be an issue e.g. damages, where we will need to take money out of the profits to fix something

Essentially you just have to sit back and watch the money come to you!

We aim for an average of 85% occupancy each month

We will change elements of staging to make your property appeal more to people by giving it a more luxury vibe (depending on current state)

Make changes to the listing e.g. description & name to market it properly

These changes will increase number of bookings as well as the nightly rate resulting in higher revenue

Free plumbing call outs – if anything needs fixing then we will do all the labour for free, but parts will be expensed
